About Felipe
Felipe Witchger bridges institutional finance and impact capital markets, drawing on his diverse experience to help investors align capital with values and impact. After advising Fortune 100 energy companies on climate policy and investment strategy, Felipe founded the Community Purchasing Alliance, which redirected $14 million to minority-owned businesses and developed 35 solar projects for schools and nonprofits.
As co-founder of the Francesco Collaborative and co-director of the Catholic Impact Investing Collaborative, Felipe has built investment communities responsible for over $134 billion in assets. The "Livable Future Investing" workshop has engaged 120 asset owners, including the largest Catholic hospital systems, religious congregations, leading foundations, and family offices. Through the CST Investing Lab, he's connected visionary investors with social movement leaders and entrepreneurs to integrate Catholic Social Teaching into investment decisions.
Felipe has catalyzed $50 million into impact funds while building sustained communities of practice for religious, investing, and philanthropic leaders. His work creates pathways for institutional investors, endowments, and mission-driven organizations to develop sophisticated impact investment strategies that generate both financial returns and meaningful social outcomes. Felipe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Energy Studies from the University of Notre Dame.
